Order fulfillment
Orders are registered and managed from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6.00pm. Their evasion is conditional on the successful completion of the registration procedures and the successful payment.

Unless otherwise specified on the Site or at the time of order confirmation, the delivery times of the purchased Product (if available in stock) are:

- Countries belonging to the European Union 5 - working days from the date of the Order,

- Countries outside the European Union - 12 working days.

These delivery times must however be considered indicative and the Seller cannot in any case be held responsible for any delays.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or not execute Orders that provide for delivery to places not served by its carrier or in any case in territories not included among those served, without prejudice to the right to a refund of any amount already paid. For deliveries, the Seller will use personally selected carriers.

Delivery failure
In the event that the delivery is not successful due to a fact attributable to the Customer (or because it is not possible to deliver to the place indicated at the time of the Order confirmation, or because the Customer or the person appointed by him does not have a card credit card valid or large, or unable to pay by credit card), the Order will be considered canceled and as a penalty the Customer will be charged the cost of delivery and that of the Products that cannot be further marketed.

The Seller will not be responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery in the event that:
(a) is unable to make up for the unavailability of the Products, due to circumstances beyond its control, 
(b) has promptly communicated to the Customer such unavailability of the Products,
(c) causes of force majeure occur.

When the order is shipped, the customer receives a confirmation email with a link to track the status with the courier.
