Fulfilling orders

Orders are registered and managed from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. Their execution is conditioned to the successful completion of registration and payment.

Unless otherwise specified on the Site or at the time of order confirmation, the delivery time of the purchased Product (if available in stock) are:

- Countries belonging to the European Union 5 - working days from the date of the Order,

- Countries outside the European Union - 12 working days. 

These delivery times must however be considered indicative and the Seller cannot in any case be held responsible for any delays.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or not carry out Orders that provide for delivery to places not served by its own carrier or in any case in territories not included among those served, without prejudice to the right to return any amounts already paid. For deliveries, the Seller will use personally selected carriers.

Non-delivery

In the event that the delivery is not successful due to a fact attributable to the Customer (or because it is not possible to make delivery to the place indicated at the time of confirmation of the Order, or because the Customer or the person appointed by him does not have a valid or large credit card, or is unable to pay by credit card), the Order will be considered canceled and as a penalty to the Customer will be charged the cost of delivery and that of the Products not further tradable.

The Seller shall not be liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery in the event of such failure: 

 (a) it is unable to make up for the unavailability of the Products, due to circumstances beyond its control, 

 (b) has promptly communicated to the Customer such unavailability of the Products,

 (c) force majeure is manifested.

When the order is shipped, the Customer receives a confirmation email with a link to track the status with the courier.
