Payments can be made in different ways. At the time of submitting the Order proposal, the Customer will pay the relative amount by credit card (among those indicated on the Site) or by other forms. Payment can be made using only one type of card that covers the full amount of the purchase. The transaction data will be encrypted during the transactions for security reasons and in any case the payment methods ensure maximum security on the purchase for the buyer.

The Seller reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (e.g. landline phone number) or sending copies of documents. In the absence of the required documentation, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the Order. No electronic archive of the Seller will keep such data.

In no case can the Seller therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards or other means of payment by third parties, upon payment for products purchased on the Site.

Unless otherwise agreed with the Customer, in the event of cancellation of the Order, both by the Customer and in the event of non-acceptance of the same by the Seller, the latter will simultaneously request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the amount.

Order cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your order, you can contact us.
Fashion Gate Srl will do its best to satisfy your request, but cannot guarantee that once your order has been submitted it will be subject to a change. During the processing phase, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
